Notes

Make them gluten-free by using certified gluten-free oats. Try fun add-ins like dark chocolate chunks, dried fruit, coconut, or pretzel pieces for texture. Press firmly into the pan for bars that hold together better. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
