Ingredients

  • 10 pieces graham crackers (or cookies)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) For additional flavor

Preparation
  1. Crush the graham crackers or cookies until they resemble sand.
  2. Mix crushed crumbs with melted butter and sugar.
  3. Distribute the mixture into muffin liners or glass jars, pressing it down firmly.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream carefully to avoid over-mixing.
  6. Add lemon juice for extra flavor, if desired.
  7. Spoon the filling onto the crusts, leveling off the tops.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
