Ingredients
  

  • 1 package mini pita bread, bagels, tortillas, or biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or hummus
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or cooked turkey/sausage
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks or diced vegetables
  • 1/4 cup corn, black olives, or toppings of choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or ranch-BBQ mix (optional)
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta or fresh mozzarella balls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange mini bases (pita, bagel halves, tortillas, or biscuit dough) on the sheet. Brush lightly with oil if desired.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sauce (pizza, BBQ-ranch mix, or hummus) on each base.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and add chosen toppings: pepperoni, veggies, pineapple, chicken, etc.
  5. Bake for 5–10 minutes until cheese bubbles and edges turn golden.
  6. Cool slightly before packing into lunchboxes. Optionally serve with ranch or yogurt dip.
