Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats, chopped in a blender Chop finely in a blender for smoother texture.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 9 pieces dried apricots, rinsed with hot water and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons raisins, rinsed with hot water
  • 1 large apple, grated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped oats and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk to the oat mixture and mix well.
  4. Stir in the grated carrot, chopped dried apricots, raisins, and grated apple until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Top with yogurt, honey, or cinnamon for added flavor. Pairs well with fresh fruit.
