- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan, add lemon juice, and stir well.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
