- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
- Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until browned.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and stir until the chicken is coated and the glaze thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Cut the chicken into even strips for uniform cooking. For best flavor, let the glaze simmer long enough to thicken.
