Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
  2. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Pour the glaze over the chicken and stir until the chicken is coated and the glaze thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
