- Large Eggs: 2, beaten
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, divided
- Grated Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup
- Fresh Chives: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- All-Purpose Flour: 1/4 cup
- Garlic Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and Black Pepper: to taste

Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
